Its fwd. It has a transaxle in the front of the engine. Ai least, that was the layout of the street car

@@Belgian-Motorsport hmmm, interesting. I always Renault went for rear-mounted RWD or front-mounted FWD. Never knew they had done front-mounted 4WD. Wonder why they never used the concept in rallying.
