Renault Clio III (2008) - Front wipers not working!

The motor is not PWM. You have separate windings in the motor for the different speeds. When you saw a steady 12v input that winding/speed was being used. When you saw different erratic voltages another winding was being used, and the one you were measuring induces voltage from the magnets into it's winding becoming a generator. Same happens if you spin any brushed permanent magnet DC motor. Rob.

Robrob iwas going with his signal on his scope the 12v looked like it was being pulled to ground with around 60% duty cycle which would give about 7 v to the motor for slower speed

You sir solved my issue, I knew there was a separate fuse box but I could not find it. I thought it was a wiper relay or switch on the steering wheel, as I already disassembled wiper motor and it worked with no issue when direct power was applied. Luckily it was just a faulty fuse... you have one like from me.

please what fuse did you replace. i am having the same similar issue. i have changed the motor and the control stick in steering and i am still having the same issue. can you please elaborate on what fuse was replace. thanks

Thank you for your video. Since a very long time, I'm looking for the wiring diagram of the windshield wiper motor of the Clio 3 Phase 2 1.5 DCI and I can't find it ! 😢

Normally the drain gets blocked and the motor gets submerged and eventually gives up did a few worst one shorted out and burnt the fuse box

250 quid the sealey box Sandy , now listed as TA111 ? , great video ,Steve was showing something very similar yesterday from top don on Simply Diagnostics , wires probably stiff coz it's so bleedin cold love 😉😉🤣
