Imo it’s a really impressive car. 200bhp from a 1.2, wow. Whilst it’s quite big obviously it’ll pick its feet up when asked. Full hybrid as in the engine charges the battery?

8.9 is reasonable. Even with the 300bhp version I wouldn’t expect under 7 to 60. Unless Renault are intending something to be fast eg a cup car. They’re invariably slower than expected.

I must be getting old, because all the talk about cost savings at a purchase price of £44K makes it a hard sell. I know people shop for cars these days on the monthly payment rather than the list price. Great review, and impressive economy - I wish there was less focus on full electric and greater investment in innovative hybrid technology - it just seems like a sweet spot. The styling is a bit fussy for my liking - maybe it might look better in other colours. 😊

yeah, I'm looking at these cars which aren't considered premium and they all start costing like BMW, Audi, Mercedes.. Renault was twice as cheap, and then you could consider it. Now... this is pointless, I'd rather drive a BMW X1 or something

@@lurker668 no, I didn't. You can get a BMW 340i touring for around 50k, 45 k for that is ridiculous. It's an SUV premium because folk just have to have 'em.
