Good job👍. Was that 5 V supply on maf sensor, isn't usually 12 V first time saw 5 V supply.

Yes 12 volts and 5 volts

I changed all the 4 glow plug but still the error p0670 shows..

Maybe the glow plug relay is at fault you might want to check that
