So this is basically what is sold as Dacia Spring in Europe. Only that the Spring is a BEV.

I just had a check and yep! Highly doubt it'd be offered as a BEV in our country though. I think there's so much potential in it.

Does it have cruise control and if no, which model has cruise control?

They are all not equipped with cruise control for our market. The updated 2024 models seem to offer cruise control, yet to be launched for our market. Interestingly enough, the top of the range Nissan Magnite 1.0 Turbo Acenta offers cruise cintrol.
