Renault megane 2 1.5dci steering locked / not locked problem SOLVED

Renault Megane 2 1.5 DCI 2003 -
Problem: Steering locked / not locked
Solve : change the UPC near the battery - mostly water was there and some corosion was made.
Usually because block water drain from the frontwindow.

My is doing the same when i want 2 start it so what must i check plz tell me

In my case lock was loose .I took screwdriver and tighten it .After than no more steering lock problem.

rezolvat problema . am shcimbat UPC(panoul de sigurante de langa baterie) .

I am spending money on mine every month!!! The steering wheel says locked and then the workshop do something then it works and then goes back to being locked again in a month :( any suggestions anyone it's been a nightmare

inauuntru la volan este o chestie care incuie volanu, ala il soti si il schimbi, deoarece la tine a nimerit apa si ii da eroare, te uiti sub volan, acolo este un patrat negru care incuie volanu, ala trebuie sa il schimbi, te costa cam vreo 30-40 euro
