Are you sure of what you say? I have two Renault cars since 2017 and 2019. A Twingo 1.0, and a Grand Scenic TCE 160. Both with more than 100,000 km. They use little fuel, are comfortable and so far have zero problems. Renault in recent years has built great cars with great reliability. People should try it before criticizing.

Dear Tish, I am from Turkey, just bought a 200 hp Rafale with some additional accessories, here we don't have plug in option yet. I really love that car. I think better than q3 and X1. Many features including like you said. Thanks for your good review.

If Renault offered this Rafale with the Nissan Ariya's 390-hp dual-electric motor, this thing would certainly steal some sales from the Tesla Model Y... hope they do offer that version in the future.

Just a pity that Renault did not put the rear door handles up in the pillers like on the current Clio and this would have looked even better like a 5 door coupe. It still looks great, though, but could have looked even better.

05:00 "little bit LARGE and little bit pointless". Not really. It's a reference to the RAFALE. The jetfighter. Renault communicated this loud & clear in the presskit
@jmk9065Ай бұрын
No it's not. This was a feature on the Austral (and later the Espace too) long before Rafale was even announced. Also, the car is a homage to a pre-WW2 racer plane, not the modern jetfighter
@DonDixitАй бұрын
@@jmk9065 So you deny Renault's very own words? Brave! Check Dassault Rafale, - that's an ultra modern jetfighter and a worthy successor of its Caudron-Renault-Rafale vintage sibling
@jmk9065Ай бұрын
@@DonDixit I just deny the nonsense you're saying. The lever in Renault was introduced way before the Rafale model as I already said, also the actual Dassault Rafale does not have anything like that in its cockpit, so what's to reference? And Renault has no ties to Dassault Rafale, as opposed to the 1934 Caudron C.430 Rafale, whose engine was built by Renault. Also, what do you mean when you say that a jetfighter is a "successor" to a civilian racer plane? Oh, and the plane silhouette in Rafale's sunroof? Which one is it, you think?

It’s to big for most parking spaces and country lanes and with the new VED coming into play you are screwed £600 plus car tax a year! No thank u
@lunator100hdАй бұрын
Whats the new VED?
@wayneheyes4934Ай бұрын
@ over £40,000 you pay up to £600 a year for 5 years at present but from April 25 that goes up And any car from April 25 will no longer pay £140 for example it’ll be increased !!!!! Regardless if hybrid or not
@stevenmoran4060Ай бұрын
you can get one for less than £40K so not hit by the higher VED rate. Renault are purposely marketing cars under £40K for that very reason. Stoopid Germans didn’t think about that. I like the car but, prefer my Austral because I prefer the larger load area that you lose with the sloping back. Every Renault salesman has agreed with me you do need a rear wiper, it doesn’t just rain on the back window, we have a large bird population here in uk that use cars for target practice. Going back to the days of the Capri 2, they had a rear wiper and yes you did need it.

What qualifications do you have to be a car reviewer??? Im not a hater, im just honestly interested as to the reasons for believing what you say.

Since when did car reviewers need qualifications? If you need reasons for believing, go to church.
@mykiman5955Ай бұрын
@hedydd2 what a cringeworthy attempt at condescension. Reviewers give an insight into vehicles which are quite possibly the 2nd largest purchase someone will make and you seem to suggest that what they say shouldn't be quantified in some way and as such............whats the point in reviews then??? As for the "qualified" remark Would you take what this reviewer says on driving dynamics over someone like Jason Plato or Viki Bulter-Henderson who have real world experience in how to handle a car and thus, they are qualified..................surely thats common sense? Your comment says quite a lot about you if im honest

@@mykiman5955 My dear superior being, it does not need a qualification to have a pertinent view and to review a bloody car. Any half sensible person, not you obviously, will look at a good number of reviews of a product and take a personal view based on the aggregate of the reviews they have seen and on the aspects of each review that is most pertinent to them personally. I enjoy educating arrogant blinkered people with silly viewpoints such as yourself. I prefer to listen to people with some real qualifications LOL [again].
