How can one reset the render settings? I'm not sure what I clicked, but now whenever I use the render view, my piece's color turns black and the background goes blank. No matter what color I choose the change the piece, the color remains black

Thanks for the video, very informative, however, I wish they didn't get rid of the large color window that Matrix 9 had. It was nice to work with the metal or gem colors in a large window before having to apply it to the model.

We use Matrix 9 with Vray and the rendering of diamonds are so nice,is there a way to get as good of renderings in Matrixgold?

Hello George, In MatrixGold render Studio, you can use many different styles, there is the Matrix Classic Style which is made to be very close to the look that we were getting from M9 and Vray. On top of this, you have many other different styles to give a real look to your designs. Thank you.

Yeah, total downgrade from V-ray. It's not about the pre-set styles, its about the rendering engine.

Nothing about animated renders? I can’t find anything online about how to make animated renders in matrix gold. I can’t control the camera, it’s always zoomed way too far in by default.

Thank you for this video! My question is, in Matrix 9 and also in Counter Sketch there is material for different hand color tones, do you think in the future you will have this in Matrix Gold? I have to say I really miss this feature.

Thank you for the great video, My question is how to import and export to STL files for best quality 3d printing, When I print out the ring with 2mm diamond, Diamond don't fit in the ring. Any 3d printing advice will be helpful thanks again

Hi, the problem that you are facing is probably not related to how to export to stl. When we export to STL from MG we keep the same geometry that you have in your model. You need to be sure though on how you place the prongs around your stone to let the stone fit once its printed and cast. Also, you need to be sure that the process during printing and casting is the correct one. We can´t help you with the printing and casting part as we just develop the software to design. Thank you
