Got to love how he just causally drops. "I joined the army as a officer."
@righteoustv5417
@righteoustv5417 2 жыл бұрын
He joined the army as an officer after high school, so he likely did an ROTC program in college to become an officer but he said “didn’t work out” so he was never officially an officer for the army or an official soldier of the Army unless he completed his officer program or completed Basic combat training.

I swear to God this man is speaking to me directly. Im at a part of my life where im very unmotivated except for my rekindled passion for wrestling after having it fizzled out between 2018-2020( i also started watching when i was 11). Right now this is the thing i think i most likely want to do for the rest of my life but its so unfathomable that no one else takes it serious and ive kinda just been seriously playing around with the idea of going to college somewhere where i can train to go pro since theres nowhere in jamaica (where i am) to do it. Idk if imma take that risk but trust me its what im most passionate about

Idk if you like Jim Cornette. But he made a very good point recently. If you're gonna do this, get your degree at the same time so you have something to fall back on if it doesnt work out.

If my memory served me right I think the Radio station that ran the competition for a trip to WrestleMania would've been ZM and actually heard his reaction on winning it. Who knew that Jay White became of New Zealand first professional wrestler since The Bushwhackers and King Cliff Curtis.

Interesting that they mention that wrestlers years add up and that’s how they develop their looks as Jay White starting had that same issue for me as he just came off as a young kid that didn’t have the charisma necessary to be a star which he really did grow into himself as a wrestler and is now one of my favorite to watch as he has such a good way of being villainous yet not annoyingly. Like he can be a heel without all the typical gimmicks which makes him come off as intimidating and actually evil minded.

Jay White can be the biggest star in wrestling. Roman os really hard to surpass. Jay still can go and do whatever he wants. His match last night was crazy good

There are number of currently Active wrestlers better than Roman Reigns both in Ring and their blockbuster Appeal and their face value better than Roman Reigns, Kenny Omega, Bryan Danielson, Cm Punk, Jon Moxley, Okada, Jay white, Fin Balor, Seth Rollins, Chris Jericho and the greatest of them all AJ Styles, but none of them were pushed down our throats, and Cesaro never got a chance to become the world champion, Jonathan Gresham is putting on Classic matches, Hangman is putting on great matches, MJF's heel work is genius, World of wrestling is better without Roman Reigns, Brock Lesner and Goldber

After 10 minutes he didn't answer the first question she asked about if he was ever interested in being in the wwe.
@YVray
@YVray Жыл бұрын
He did answer it. He said that going to Wrestlemania was what inspired him to become a pro and that he went to the UK because he wanted to work his way up to the US - so unless you think his goal was Impact or ROH it's clear he meant his initial goal was to work his way up to WWE.

@vta2265
@vta2265 2 жыл бұрын
I don't think so tbh. He is a character based wrestler (also very very good as a pure wrestler as well) and leagues ahead than most on the mic. Not to mention he is quite young still. His only draw back is that he is quite known in the indies and Japan, it's still nowhere near the level of the popularity of AJ Styles before he made it to the WWE. Not to mention, he is not that big in US. Still have to really crack it there
