He was a cop and good at his job but he committed the ultimate sin testifying against other cops gone bad, cops that tried to kill him but got the woman he loved instead framed for murder now he prowls the bad lands an outlaw hunting outlaws a bounty hunter a renegade.

The opening monologue always made me wonder: Did he testify in court against the bad cops? Also, if he prowls the badlands that makes him a prowler. Badlands are characterized by steep slopes, minimal vegetation, lack of a substantial regolith, and high drainage density. Ravines, gullies, buttes, hoodoos and other such geologic forms are common in badlands. I don't think he drive his hog there very well.

Kathleen Kinmont being written off messed up the flow of the show. She and Lorenzo had gotten divorced in 1993, during the series run (he filed). When his new girlfriend Shauna Sand began appearing on the show, Kathleen went on Howard Stern saying disparaging things about her, which reportedly led Lorenzo to petition to get Kathleen fired. Sucks. And that hairpiece Lorenzo is wearing is HORRIBLE. Was it not possible to have it written into the show that Reno got a haircut?

Well, Lorenzo wasn't bright. I mean, he's the one who brought Kathleen on the show when they were married. they divorced during the show, and the guy brings his new wife on board while his ex-wife is still around? He was an idiot, considering the fact he was a producer on the show.
