I was already scared of rollercoasters long before watching any of these movies. Also these movies stopped freaking me out after a while... mainly after I saw a KZbin video where someone compared the deaths in these movies to death scenes in Happy Tree Friends. Then, I saw another video where someone edited Ed Edd n Eddy sounds effects over one of the movies' opening death scenes. Long story short, these movies stopped being scary to me and turned into jokes. Now I just find them hilariously stupid

This new one is supposed to take place in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and the main cast are paramedics and first responders. Fun fact the guy who played Hunt Nick Zano. Would later play Nate Heywood in Legends of Tomorrow so it’s good to know he had a decent career after this movie. Further fun fact for the fake movie they used Footage from The Long Kiss Goodnight aka a movie that’s better than the fourth Final Destination movie.

I was confused for a second. I thought they did the Final Destination Kill Count already, but then I remembered that they called the 4th one The Final Destination. Why did they do title it that? Its so confusing, especially since this a sequel and not a remake or new franchise.

I'm surprised they didn't just go for Final Destination 3D Titling it like that screams of last movie, rather like Scream they weren't planning to continue it, but the following and the promise of big box office decided it for them

My guess, probably an idea that they tried copying from The Fast and The Furious series. The original film was called The Fast and The Furious, and the 4th film was just called Fast and Furious. That 4th film was also released in 2009 as well, same as Final Destination 4. Probably a wrong guess, but I've always kind of thought of it that way.
