@@yorukage5926 That's...Not how that works. The Penance Stare forces you to literally FEEL all the pain you've ever inflicted on others, it doesn't care whether you're guilty about it. The only ways to resit are to either avoid meeting his eyes, be an animal or smaller and, thus, incapable of comprehending good and evil in any sense, or being a masochist, like Thanos, where the pain just makes him STRONGER. But, for Lobo...Yeah, no, he'd get a massive whammy of all his past sins, and he has a lot to work with.

I gotta be honest, the comment about Superman kinda rubbed me the wrong way. I get what he's saying yeah, but Superman isn't a shonen work. Superman's stories haven't been about power creep since ~90's with some noticable exceptions. The writers realized that formula doesn't work to well for Supes. The best Superman stories are about Superman's humanity and the things he can't punch through. Clark raising John, dealing with an incurable disease, etc.

Ghost Rider (the spirit of vengeance) couldn't be killed as it's a celestial entity, however the host can be killed if impuissant, which he really isn't. 2. The ethereal element known as Hellfire is at the core of the Ghost Rider's powers and allows him to do a whole bunch of awesome things. Aside from the obvious of being able to sear the soul and singe the flesh, it can burn underwater, create massive nuclear-sized explosions, rain down firestorms from above that incinerate creepy children, and shoot from the eyes, hands and mouth, along with “other places.” 3. Ghost Rider's powers is that they are boundless. When Johnny Blaze, the original Rider to appear in comics, went up against World War Hulk, Dr. Strange comments that the abilities of the Ghost Rider entity are “godlike” and the only reason the character doesn't wield its full force is because their human hosts act as a built-in safety, holding back the Rider's full power. This means that the Ghost Rider actually possesses infinite strength. When fully unleashed, he can single-handedly lift far in excess of 100 tons with ease, obtaining Thor and Hulkian levels of strength. However, it's unlikely that we'll ever see such a display (he'd simply be too powerful, which could make him less compelling as a character) 4. One of the perks of being a Ghost Rider is that you can sustain all kinds of beatings, abuse and physical damage without ever feeling a thing. When World War Hulk steamrolled his way through Earth's Mightiest Heroes, pulverizing their bodies in jelly, the Ghost Rider bounced back from the worst the Jade Giant thunder clapped his way without a scratch on him. And unlike pretty much every other superhero that went up against the green rage monster. 5. Any limb, digit, orifice (or even his entire body) can be brought back after the most devastating of disintegrating attacks. And unlike Wolverine, who seems to go through all sorts of agony recovering from his wounds, the Rider heals with little pain or discomfort, as if having his skull blown off was just another day in the devil's park. 6. By merely making eye contact, this ability allows a Rider to set someone's eyeballs on fire while forcing them to feel the torment of a billion billion (that's a lot) extinguished souls and experience the pain of eternal guilt (also a lot). Or, to put it another way, Ghost Rider can instantaneously put you through all the pain you have ever caused anyone while at the same time causing you to remember every painful memory you've ever had. Also, make you go blind. And insane. And dead. In some cases, a person's sins are so great that their bodies will spontaneously combust.

First one was good, but the antagonists definitely could’ve been way better. Second movie had better GR scenes for sure, but the direction of the movie was off, it just felt weird whenever GR wasn’t on screen, like they couldn’t write the downtime scenes in a way that normal people would react in a normal way. Whenever we saw the other actors, who’s names I forget, it was always awkward and didn’t feel natural. Sort of like they were reading the words off of a TelePrompTer, telling them what to say, do, and how to act.

Dude, I just thought of a good ghost rider prequel...before the old west ghost rider, there is the OG ghost rider; the Dullahan. According to Irish mythos, the Dullahan was a species of the fey. But in our story, we make him a noble who made a deal with the devil. Later, the Spanish Inquisition found out and used the guillotine on him. And so the headless ghost rider on his flaming horse holding his flaming head is manifested.

Ghost Rider in Agents of Shield was the Robbie Reyes version, although the Johnny Blaze version made a brief "guest" appearance. They altered the original storyline. Robbie has the "Hell Charger". There was a Ghost Rider w/a sport bike style MC as well. There have been multiple Ghost Riders.

Lobo might've took on hordes of angels and demons but keep in mind not all angels or demons have the capability to destroy entire universes like mepbisto or zarathos, mephisto was a hell lord who ruled over a circle of hell which is why he is so powerful, as for ghost rider, they are spirits of vengeance meant to exact vengeance upon those who have comitted horrible sins and God surely gave them the power to do so, plus those angels and demons that lobo took care of doesnt even have feats that we could take into account so thats an invalid argument

Now "One For All" is a power which stores energy and passes it on. Progressively getting more powerful in new successors, provided they had the body strength to wield it, without it tearing their body apart. All Might himself had the perfect body type, so he could wield 100% without hurting himself. While Midoriya did not have the naturally perfect body, meaning he needed to physically train his body enough so he could contain the power without ripping himself apart. When Midoriya can reach the point of wielding 100%, he will naturally surpass all might, because One For All's energy is continually increasing. Meaning Midoriya's successor for when he passes One For All on will have even more potential than Midoriya. And so on, until the latest successor will have the strength of Superman, and surpasses it.

I think if Ghost Riders ability’s couldn’t actually destroy the soul, Lobo probably would have won, basically just outlasting him and finally getting a holy weapon… eventually. But since Ghost Rider could actually finish off Lobos Soul when he destroyed every cell in Lobos body, he won.

Actually, the original character of the Ghost Rider created by Marvel was a Wild West vigilante dressed all in white, but when the modern concept of Ghost Rider was created (Johnny Blaze), they renamed this character the Phantom Rider.

@@houseofaction And Ghost Rider saved Heaven from Zadkiel who took over the throne of Heaven and pretty much became a god himself. He might not be "scared" but he certainly doesn't see him as a pushover, especially when they all freak out when Zarathos takes control in Uncanny Avengers Annual. Strange was shown just as stunned as the rest when Zara annihilated Satanna in one hit.
