This is why Teamfourstar is so good at what they are doing. When something is too serious, sad or epic, they don't force it to make it funny. Instead, they take a different route and make that scene stronger. Even in a parody, it is not wise to try to make it funny constantly.

I think they ended the episode where they did because this episode was supposed to end on a triumphant note for Seras. If they switched from her being a badass, to a comedic scene with Alucard, it would undercut her moment just a tad.

Alucard killed Archduke Ferdinand, which lead up to World War I, which lead to Germany''s economy going into the shitter, which allowed for the Nazis to rise to power... So all of this mess actually IS Alucard's fault. Also, in the book Abraham van Helsing sometimes accurately talks poor English just like a Dutchman would. Other times he sounds more like Goldmember though.

Ben needs to stop caring so much about what people think about him. Unless he's planning on changing himself completely just to make some people on the internet happy then it's silly to care so much. If you want to be a better 'reactor' or whatever it would be referred too, than just focus on what you think you can do better. In my opinion your fine, I like your reactions for the most part; sometimes you can be a bit too loud compared to others but that's a minor issue at best. Nate/Ben/Micah is the best dynamic you have going as a reaction channel; those 3 work the best together, at least in my opinion.

It's got a cult following, which guarantees views, but also isn't so popular to the point that everyone's doing it. So at that point all you can do wrong is watch the English dub (Not that it's bad, it's just not as good).

Actually im curious if any of you has seen shiki, it's a great morally gray anime that takes an interesting spin on a vampire story by going back to it's roots: unable to walk in the sunlight, killed by a stake, unable to enter a house without invitation kinda roots. But to be fair it is really slow and that does turn people away from its greatness.

As much as I hate that it was taken down too, Nate, I have to agree that the studio was well in the right on this one. TeamFourStar made an amateurism mistake by putting up the Attack on Titan Abridged episode before it had been officially released in the USA. If they hadn't jumped the gun, I'm pretty sure the series would still be ongoing, like the other two Attack on Titan parodies. They greatly stacked the legal deck against themselves by releasing their parody first.
