Awesome. I wrote a song about this, after struggling from post traumatic stress. Felt like I was losing my mind, I was so full of fear and anxiety. But then I was reminded of the word of God and the weapons of our warfare and that Jesus is able to deliver us. Sometimes we go through seasons upon seasons of setbacks and challenges and grief and it feels like you've been beaten from all directions. It's hard to let go of that fear cause your mind feels like you have to prepare yourself for the next beating, that's how I felt. I was too afraid to be happy. Anyway, my song is on KZbin called "The Mind is a Battlefield".

I have been trying to steer my thoughts away from the thoughts that cause me anxiety! It could be something as simple as hearing the tenants walk above me. I try to stay calm and ask God to help me. I am very sensitive to noise! I pray that my hope to move to a townhome with no one above me. Drink some lemon/ ginger and honey to soothe your throat as we need you and appreciate your daily messages of uplifting and encouraging word.
