Rengar 90% can’t defeat a Daruis (build & rune) wr

So im pretty experianced and good Rengar player, and i dont understand phase rush? Im not gonna ask for subrunes cause it works and thats okay, but why phase rush? I get if enemy has alot of high mobility champs, but i would take conq or electrocute anyday over pr in any situation thats not against 3 or more high mobility, and even then fleet footwork is better, if you're good enough to get full value that is
