Bro idk how lucky you are to be alive..Im a resident of that place and i have seen many deadly accident with my naked eyes.That NAP Gate till the patkai bridge Is the most deadliest place aint kidding.In a year atleast 5 or more people die from that place.Just a few metres away you will see a signboard accident prone area too but idk if its there or not now may be broken due to accident.At night we are even scared to walk cause it is the first turning of dimapur to kohima so many people get confused.Just Thank God for giving you Second Life and always pray before driving..AMEN

Yes, the fault is the Car. Firstly, If he has take U-turn there, he should be plying on the right lane., but from right lane, he suddenly took U-turn. Your speed is ok because it's a high way and moreover there was no traffic at that very moment. You are Lucky to be alive, because the impact cannot be neglected at that speed.

According to the cctv it's definitely car's fault, whether he gave signal or not, one should never take U turn from the opposite lane. If one is taking a U turn he/she should do so from the right lane for right U turn and left side lane for left U turn with indicator. Such ignorant for one's own mistake and still no sympathy for others is such a shameless behavior. Nevertheless glad that nothing serious happened to you both. Akirr. 🙏 P.s If you're reading this and you're driving either a car or bike, please learn to drive in your own lane not in the middle. Ever since the 4 lane has been introduced, I see a lot of people with no common sense driving in the middle of the lane just like they own the road, as if they are the only one who drive a car/bike.
