Renoholic Episode 05: DIY Acoustic Skyline Diffuser (English)

If you have a home theater, a listening room or just a living room where you would like to improve the music experience, or simply you just want to hang a wall art, this video is for you. Yeah, that's easily 30-40kg of wood, perhaps even more in some cases.

Will these work on the side walls of a theater room?

It should work on any reflection point. You would need to cover the walls with a good amount of this to really hear a difference.

Lovely build! What were the dimensions of the french cleat please?

Thank you! I used a 3/4" thick by about 3.5" wide pine wood and cut it into half in 45 degrees to create the cleat. As far as length, I do not have the dimension. I would recommend to make it as long as you can!

Thats why you shouldn't buy from chinese. I've already counted 2 fucked up screws on a single panel. By doing so, he also dented the corners of the frame.

Oh well, first of all, I’m not Chinese. The fact that you think all Asians are Chinese is purely ignorant. Second, I’m not selling anything. This is my own project for my own home and I don’t mind some imperfections on the side that no one can see. Feel free to perform better craftsmanship on your own project.
