Renovated Barn Starter Home - Sims 4 Speed Build

I'm not ready for Summer to be over, but I was sure craving ✨Autumnal Delights✨. So, here is a Starter Home (!) that is in a reclaimed/renovated barn.
This is a pretty small house. Most of the footprint of the lot is landscaping, BUT it's a nice lofted space for one sim and a kitty. The litterbox is even tucked away into a little secret kitty lavatory off the kitchen.
