What we need to check is that timing chain cover for sound, use a piece of hose listen on that timing cover see if you hear the chain slapping grinding the cover. Yes, God is good.

Get up go get the wrench, 17MM are not common I had to get one. The good thing about that van is the fuel pump is on the motor not in the tank.

So excited for you all! God is good! We are in a winter weather warning here in East Tennessee starting on Friday morning. You all stay safe and warm thru this weather. We are making one more trip to the store to get a few things in case the power goes out. I also like to have my propane tank full just in case I need to cook dinner on the grill in case the power does go out.

Im happy you got it running 😊. It sounds like i hear a vacuum leak ? Was the air breather on or a hose that goes to it disconnected ? Either way if you have a can of carb cleaner start it up let it idle check your vacuum hoses make sure they are connected and not dry rotted spray them little bu little. If it rev up you can find out where its leaking.
