Graeme you are an inspiration to the senior subscribers, so much energy and a desire to do a decent job with nothing being wasted and many tips and tricks thrown into these vids for us to learn from. Why you have 14 dislikes is beyond me, I can only put it down to jealousy, that you have made something of your life and they are an epic fail. So glad they don't put you off giving us quality content whether your in the garden or fishing. You have got to be pleased that there are so many followers that love the content, well done on another great video.

A little tip from one that's been in the decorating trade:- store all your paint tins up-side-down. That way the skin will form on the bottom, and you get to use more, and waste less of the paint. Save money too.... Oh, one more thing, You Sir, are not an idiot. Multi talented, wise, clever with your hands, fit, (for someone that,s nearly six 69). I'm 56 and almost crippled,, yet 5 years ago I also was fit. I'd walk 5/6 miles for a day on the bank, fish for 10 or 12 hours, then walk the same distance back. I.m no good with my hands, ( can't even decorate rooms any more), can't do simple repairs (and hat's very frustrating after being practical all my life). And to top it all off, you share with genuine idiots your wisdom and knowledge, and Mike is just like you!!!!

I love these films Graeme. We have a trailer of a similar vintage, our son calls it Toby, and you've inspired me to give it a makeover. Got to keep busy and finding productive things to do when it feels like you can't go and do anything normal. Stay well, and thanks again for entertaining us in these crazy times.

Nice one Graeme! That Pampas grass is evil in a small garden - it just takes over everything, and some of the leaves are like razor blades - my Mrs wages war on it if a new shoot appears! I would have thought you would have been wise to the no-skin paint storage trick - make sure the lids are on tight, and store the tins upside down! Stay safe & well! 👍👍

Looking at the apex shape of each end of the trailer I would say it was for housing temporary traffic lights generator would be bolted down where the holes were traffic lights and tripods would be stored in the rest of the trailer.

Graeme A totally awesome tip on paint for you!.... to stop paint getting a skin- when you've finished using it , put the lid on and shake it up (this gets are air inside the tin saturated with the volatiles in the oil for oil based or water for water based paints). Shake hard maybe for 15 or 30 seconds, and then stand the tin upside down for at least a couple of days (this ensures the lid seal is good, before giving it another wee shake and standing properly. Guarantees no Skin top or bottom, done this for years! Enjoy :--)

I store my used paint tins upside down, it seals any air gaps in the lid, slows the skinning process marginally, and puts the skin at the bottom of the paint when you go to use it...
