Thanks! Yes, she’s way better than me with all of that haha. Sorry, I don’t have/know the actual breakdown of everything. The total we spent for renovations was around ¥3.5 million, I believe. The furniture and appliances were extra and totaled to a few thousand USD…

@@barrettish wow - that's a lot of work done for the money spent, as kitchens and baths are usually the biggest costs to renovate. Very nice - love it! Great work, (and I like the natural wood doors to the bedrooms and toilet room). Marc - from Georgia USA

Nice, guys! Only thing...maybe you could exchange or paint the old ugly fire detectors or what they are on the ceiling of the kitchen/living area. They really spoil the overall impression of the renovation. Small things do count sometimes 🙂
