Great transformation! As an airbnb owner I just have a tip on styling. You generally only have 3-4 hour timeframe to turn your bnb around between bookings. My suggestion is to reduce the pieces of decor to a minimum of a few classy pieces. Otherwise the cleaning and arranging of decor will cut into valuable time. I had dreams of adding to my styling over time but have learnt less is more. But first impressions are definitely key to more listing views and bookings...

Would not have put carpet back in. Laminate floors are much easier to maintain. Way too many plants to maintain as a rental. Change out kitchen table to have one that expands to 6 and put two more chairs within easy reach.

I loved the final results but personally would have not installed carpet again, people spill and if you allow pets it will not last.

It would also be less stressful for parents with young kids, they may even avoid anything with carpet for that reason.

room for 4 kids and only a table with 4 chairs near the kitchen. I didn’t notice any extra chairs to pull up to the tiny table. Will be a hard sell for a family with 3 or 4 kids.
