My dad renovated room by room when I was a kid. He passed away before he could finish the downstairs, but my mom hired someone to finish what she could afford. I remember scraping paint off honey oak trim, and spending so much time, watching or helping.

This was so exciting to watch. I so admire what Chris is doing and his passion and his love of community. I hope we get to see the completed house. I live in a hundred year old 656 sq ft house. As it is small the doors to the two bedrooms are pocket doors. I love them.
