What a lovely house! You are doing a great job so far. One thing for the garage that might be helpful is that you can rent a drywall lift from Home Depot or Lowe’s. That should make doing to ceiling and upper wall drywall areas easier. Good luck! Also make sure to test that linoleum for asbestos before you rip it up. It’s pretty common practice in old houses to just tile over old asbestos flooring instead of paying to have it removed.

I love following you and all you’re doing to both houses. I can’t wait to see what you’ll do to the 70’s house! My husband and I redid a 70’s house previously. So many quirks and surprises. 😁 We’re almost done putting in a new kitchen in our 1941 house. Lots of work but so satisfying!
