I´d kill them for ruing them. I still have a collection and listen to it. I have an LP from 1952 in perfect condition with our national treasure, wanted to know how much it would be and it´s worthless, so many people still have them.

The structural errors on so many of the houses featured here are truly scary. Makes me wonder what percentage of the homes we live in have undetected code violations and how useless the theater of home inspections are to say nothing about the mold that is hiding in a huge percentage of houses as well.

I really like the outcome, but I am confused by one thing. I do not mean this as a dis in any way! Does the archway between the two rooms negate or diminish all the effort put into the soundproofing? Can't it just pass through the lounge and then the lounge door into that area of the house? I actually lived in a house once which had a first-order Eigentone room. It was double-framed (but in separate parts), double sheet-rocked, properly lined and insulated, and had an insulated steel door to prevent sound seepage. It was literally across the hall from my roommate's office. I could blast music, and he could program software and not hear a sound. Just curious. Thanks for any insight!
