Pinned comment with updated info: Bountiful Delves: I just received a second amount of The Severed Threads renown in a tier 8 bountiful coffer. It also awarded 1311 renown. So the amount scales with the tier and also maybe a token available per tier. 18/09/24: I received another amount of Severed Threads rep this week so maybe it is weekly now.

They just give you progress towards the pact completion that week. As far as I understand.
