I have one of these. It's very relaxing. It used Bluetooth so I connected it to my phone to play nice relaxing music while it massages my eyes. Each session is about 15 to 20 minutes I think and you can switch up the moves during the session .

I have an overbite that was addressed with “braces” years ago, however, my dentist supports that my overbite remains. I am also tongue tied and have my frenulum still. Would removing this have an impact on my TMJ? Have had life long TMJ but in the past years it has become absolutely horrendous. It takes an hour of self massage and PT exercises daily to function and chew properly.

Wow I needed this thank you, i have 2 questions! My place wants people to use an occusional splint rather then a Orthotic MORA appliance that you spoke about, is there really a big difference between them two or are they both equally good at relaxing muscles (Like the throat)? Also 2nd follow up question, do you notice that these sorta appliances correct an overbite/overjet once your patient finished wearing them? Or do patients need maxillofacial surgery for that to insure forward growth without being dependent on them?

There is a huge difference between a nightguard and a skillfully made TMJ orthotic.
