Therefore, Pink House will be available for rent after September 1st for 11,000 pesos/month. In this video, I go over the upsides and downsides to the place that I lived for seven years. maybe one of the last affordable rentals. Rental rate have increased so much. If I were ready to leave cebu i'd take it in a heart beat, half what I pay for about 3 times more space

Good deal for the house its homely and the neighborhood makes all the difference who ever getting the house will be blessed like me you took care of the house and addons my last house I rented had lots of mosquitoes also. Good price too I pay 18k for my 3bd house and it has a shop and 2 car garage landlord is awesome too. Good luck guys with the new home.

Nice place its similar to our new house we built last year but our rooms are bigger specialty my room but the de sight is the same we have a one bedroom out the back though with own toilet and shower

You are the perfect tenant. You do the work yourself (landlord buys supplies). You maintain the property. And when you leave, you essentially find a replacement tenant. Your big failure as a tenant is you didn't turn pink house into white house (ha ha). Let's hope you don't repeat that with orange house. Paint the exterior.

Well I will really freak you out because after I arrive I will do a video of my fiance and her family's house in the jungle in the mountains. That place is the Taj Mahal compared to my fiance's house in the mountains in the jungle. "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet"

I am looking to move here and have visited before. A few of the houses I was in, living rooms were about 8-10 feet wide, maybe. Just enough room for a small couch, wooden chair, fan, table in the middle, and a tiny tv. This place is huge compared. I personally want to build a house here and design it because it would also be super cheap. But if someone is not in that field of study, they do all they can which is what seems to have happened with this house.
