Wonderful tour of the total area. Now I know why I want to retire in the Philippines in the future under the Philippine Military SRRV Retirement Visa program. 9:15 First time I've seen a Murphy bed in any condo presentation on YT. Always liked that concept. So only Cebu is doing it? Not even Metro Manila condo units have a Murphy bed. Even the laundry cage is innovative and not seen in Manila. Feel free to correct me and show me a link to any other condo offering these functionalities other than Cebu.

Condos in Cebu City are shoeboxes with poor hot water and subpar AC. I went into to suburbs and bought a huge 3 bedroom 2 bath house for $100,000. I live very well on 5,000$ a month. Unless you want to live like a native, do not move here on under 3,000$ a month income.
