Another great video showing people as it is👍 Just 1 question- what was the initial start up cost e.g. furniture, deposit etc I know the cost to rent the property but was there a deposit of 1 months rent and then the rent onto 👍 Thanks guys⭕

5 weeks deposit as standard throughout the UK through an Estate Agent, agents also ask for first month rent up front, you would have to negotiate that to zero. And £2k for all furniture, painting, check-in system, decor and linen. Get in touch I would be happy to answer any of your questions
