No gloves for handling the customers food after setting up? No judgement but I think it would be a great hygiene addition. I know you said that you all normally don't set up food which is understandable to not be prepared for that.

This tray we ate because we set it up to get our pictures. Their food was put out about 30 min later. Just like the wine we poured was fake and not actually from the glass of wine. It was for our pictures of the setup. We did their food 30 min later and gave them clean empty glasses to use as well.
