“Rental” DVD Copies: Are they Valuable?

I found a DVD copy of “Ride Along” that is “for rental use only”. You can only access the movie itself, none of the bonus features. I assume these were discs that were only exclusive to stores like Blockbuster and not meant for the general public to consume. Supposedly RedBox still uses these discs as well, but I haven’t used RedBox in a long time so I wouldn’t really know lol. I wonder if there’s any value to these discs or lack thereof
