These are nice houses or house units & have been done well. The visitors wash rooms by the sitting room are common in new houses where I live. I like the see through walls.

I don't like the way we do roads in Zambia. We need to start including space for trees, drainage and then pedestrian tracks.

This is a private residential area so the road frontage is not seen. But I do understand what you mean. I think the problem with us in Zambia is that regardless of the exposure of living abroad or seeing different types of real estate we tend to do what is within our comfort zone which isn’t always the best. 😅

Have actually invited more than 40 Zambian entrepreneurs to be part of my entrepreneurship team and one of the objectives of the team is to build a city in the near future . Have engaged a Zambian planner for a layout and he charged me k107,000 which is okay but the planning of the city will start in August and we will open it to people in three to four years time. My worry is the exposure because even me have never been to Europe but I watch alot youtube of videos . I may visit Europe/ America in October just to understand the realities.
