The picture lighting was my favorite, however the most practical are the closet led strips very useful...especially if you use them as a design piece to make your closet look more high end, i.e. lighting your shelves or rods.

I took the doors off my bathroom and closets, and designed chic bi-fold doors to give me more space and a sleek design. On my bedroom door I just left it off for a more open loft like space. You can also change out overhead lighting and you can paint all your molding the same color as walls to give yourself a more contemporary feel. You can also bring furniture pieces into your kitchen to get more storage. You can create focal points with art and/or bio ethanol fireplaces. Projectors free up space for more seating in lounge/living rooms.Also turning your dining room space into a bar/lounge/social media studio is hot too!

DIMMER!! Definitely the dimmer for me. All the way from Kenya, I am set towards such a creative and technical professionality but quality education just does not exist around here past a certain degree. Quality education is just too expensive and most resources are free. I have weigh bigger plans that giving up just doesn't suit my existence. I am grateful that you kind of give me more willpower seeing how psyched you are about your profession. Thank you!

all great ideas! i own my home, but in my kitchen i use under cabinet strip lights that can be recharged. they come with a remote, cord, and they stick to anything. the light has a strong magnet, so you just remove them plug them into your computer ubs port. this really saves on buying batteries.
