My 4th grade teacher,Mrs. Salter, told us the most mispronounced word in English was the word ask. She had the whole class repeatedly say the word ask correctly. "Moving things around" to make room is different from taking them out and getting rid of them. It makes zero sense that the Plaintiff said, "Yeah sure, just put my things outside so you can store YOUR things". I believe she's using the "sewage back up" from 2015 as an excuse for her behavior. The axe and ask is an NYC thing. I’m from NYC and grew up saying axe like most citizens. It wasn’t until I started working that I became intentional about my pronunciation of the word. I even hear his annunciation differ when he’s speaking as well. He’s worked to be intentional with his speech. It’s a dialect thing.

She wasn't renting the basement so she had no right to ever store things down there. She was getting subsidized rent for the upstairs only. He should have had a huge lock on the basement. He thought he could trust an old lady. She broke the rental contract so he should go to the govt subsidizing her to kick her out. The contact/lease is void. And it didnt include her son living there raising the utility bills with more water,more electricity,more heat/gas etc being used. And she cant get subsidizing if her older son moves in.
