I've been remarking that the asking prices for rentals and units for sale on this channel have been ridiculous for some time. for this unit, all I will say other than the need to fix the $1,000,000 USD typo in the title is, this. The unit is a typical Thai scam.

@@perfecthomeschiangmai prices in Tgailand 15 years ago and in other locations like Hua Hin Pattaya Sri Racha. Seen 50 condos in Thailand 500 per bedroom is no bargain.

It’s true, prices in Thailand have definitely changed over the years, especially in popular areas like Hua Hin, Pattaya, and Sri Racha. Fifteen years ago, things were much more affordable, but with development and demand, prices have gone up. Seeing 50 condos gives you a pretty good idea of what the market looks like! Do you think any areas in Thailand still offer good value for what you’re looking for?

Hi there . It is interesting comment . That you feel this is an old building as there are very few newer condos in this area. And many one bedrooms are renting for around 20 to 25k per month. Unless I am missing some newer buildings in the area?

1. Washing machine in the kitchen is ridiculous but unfortunately standard. 2. This condo like so many others has no charme, no style. It’s furnished that you cannot like it. It’s another prove that all the owners want to ripp of foreigners.

Interesting comment. I am guessing you are not a landlord? It's not just the price, it's the value! Demand drives the market, and this condo is the top choice. If prices were lower, that would mean nobody wanted to live here. Just like in any city, right? 🏙️

I find your videos very informative however the way that you interact with the ladies I find very disrespectful. I'm not sure as to what word(s) I should use to describe your behavior, but in a "supposed to be funny" way you are talking down to these young ladies. They deserve to be treated with more respect and given a confidence booster. As noted I do find your videos informative and a bit different from other like minded videos.

He is an English commoner, he doesn't understand etiquette. Then again, I did find his video informative and entertaining. It's hard to make a video like that with a non-English speaker. He is too fast and too 'native' English for her; She is - like most Thai - slower in pace, and she tries her best, bless her❤. But still he is too fast for her. What can you do? Personally, it's easier for me to watch this , as an Englishman myself. I don't think he means to disrespect; it's just the way he is.

I am sorry if you do you do not like the videos, the team enjoy filming and the girls have a great sense of humor and can give as good as they get. Believe me they would not being doing the videos if they did not enjoy it also.
