Fair price 26,000 baht considering lack of amenities, age of unit and location. But it's a weird unit. Bathtub on balcony is a terrible idea. Can't see any digital dingdongs laying down $1100/month for that. Kinda defeats the purpose of going nomadic if they're going to pay that much. They want budget places.

Totally obvious this is a party house. No oven but a bathtub on the balcony. In the bunk bed room, those are called shelves lol. I hated the fake plants in the bathroom. Judging by the beds, I'm thinking it is an Airbnb place. It has a bunkbed, but is not child friendly. Overall it's nice, but you need frat guys to appreciate the place. Or single men who are attending the university. If 3 guys split the rent, it would be pretty cheap, with the person taking the master paying a little more. Or two people with the bunkbed room being for drunk guests so they do not drive home.
