Any tips how to rent? My husband is not being selected after viewing?

What we did was, when we were applying to view a place- we would include a brief summary of ourselves and our background, that would really help the landlord to know about you before they make their selection. Then again, we actually viewed a couple of places before we finally decide on this one. Most importantly is choose a place close to amenities. I hope this helps :)
