Always let your neighbors know you'll be renting one. That way you can split the cost and have help unloading and loading.

My grounds real hard lawn is spread out with bare spots will this help before summer put some seed down as well after v

Best in the fall but it will help in the spring if you have some bare spots and the soil is really compacted. It's definitely worth doing. I always like to put down some seed after. Thanks for watching

Did it come with gas and oil in it already?

Yes. When I rented it, they checked the oil and made sure it was all set. Then, they filled the gas tank completely full. I was told I had to return it with the same amount of gas.
