I agree with you..I remember moving my family from Singapore to the Texas in 2022 and finding houses or even getting the mobile line it was really a pain. Everything Credit Score. I understand the rationale of Credit Score and its impact to the economy but it is like cast in stone and moreover you cannot transfer the Singapore or other country score to the US. Second, the processes there are so pathetically slow in everything..be it Credit Card, Utilities..omg..or maybe we are too pampered by Singapore for over 2 decades 😂 . Thanks for sharing but good to understand on how you researched the area in terms of Crime (sorry Singapore effect 😅)

New Jersey is known for its schools. Few counties to name the best schools are Princeton Public Schools, Morris County, Union County.

@@vijayvaswani9717 I have no experience with Texas, but as far as I have experienced NJ, it's the best for families, schools districts, law and order, safety & security. Buy everything has two sides. The median home price in New Jersey is about 42% higher than it is in Texas. Texas is also more tax-friendly and is one of only seven states that does not collect a state income tax. So you have to do your math to understand which suits you the best. Good luck 🤞
