I would love to see an updated apartment video for 2024! A lot of new places have opened up and the metro area has changed since this video was published. Would you still recommend Tempe over Chandler or Gilbert (no kids)?

I truly appreciate this video. We don't have enough apartment videos on KZbin from realtors or people in general doing these types of videos for people who are out of state. This helps so much. We are in the process of selling our home and frankly, I am not ready to buy in Arizona just yet. We want to be in an apartment for the amenities and for getting to know the area. We are looking at Gilbert.

As a home owner who used to rent years ago, I just cant get excited about looking at apartments. It just reminds me of how much money was wasted for something I did not own. However I do realize the need for rentals and I am not knocking them at all. The Tempe location reminds me of the ones here by UCF in Central Florida, very young area, very loud, not a place I would consider. Great video as always though!!

Kierland area very upscale as others......was better when Barnes and Noble was there. Also an eatery was near where Shake Shack exists, had jazz on weekends. This was some years back.

Advice - there is a rental tax that is added to the rental price. Also some places in the valley will charge a valet garbage pickup and possibly other utilities. Add about 100 to 150 to the price that is online to account for this.

That is true. Where I currently live in Scottsdale after new management took over. The rent was increased with technology package [Cox Cable], valet trash pickup, and in June the complex is implementing hotel entry and remove the key. What I don’t like about my complex is, it’s an older building and management is trying to compete with the new luxury model apartments and raising the rent when these apartments are not worth the money. Where are people supposed to live if every apartment complex is over $1,500 per month?

All of the apartments shown are really nice housing apartment for person's to choose to live in peace and or happiness; but, the apartment that were said to be a three bedroom with balconies connections towards water scenery were my favorites.👌↗I'm not 👀 looking for an apartment; I'm just 👀 looking; and often love as in care to make comments about.↗😁

hi! so here’s the breakdown: - scottsdale /paradise valley area is very expensive (nice apts are anyway from 1.6-3k a month for a one bedroom) - tempe is a bit less expensive, but luxury tempe apartments can still be expensive - phoenix is cheaper, but downtown phx in the heart of everything there can be some pricier high rises - chandler/gilbert/mesa will be the most affordable....mostly houses though hope that helps :)
