Nous n’avons besoin de la permission de personne pour nous défendre. Ce sont les propos de Paul Kagame. Le président rwandais l’a déclaré mardi au moment où il procédait à l’ouverture des travaux du dialogue national à Kigali. Il réagissait ainsi aux propos des présidents burundais et congolais, Evariste Ndayishimiye et Félix Tshisekedi. Ndayishimiye qui a récemment annoncé qu’il allait aider les Rwandais à se défaire de leurs mauvaises autorités, tandis que Tshisekedi avait déjà dit qu’il comptait effacer le Rwanda de la carte du monde. Paul Kagame indique que même s’il a pris du temps pour réagir, les deux hommes finiront par se rendre compte qu’ils se sont beaucoup trompés.
