Resep Kue Semprit Keju (75 pcs)
Bahan:
100 gr Anchor tinned butter (suhu ruang)
100 gr Anchor Unsalted Butter (suhu ruang)
¾ sdt perisa vanila
⅓ sdt garam
115 gr gula halus
1 butir telur
30 gr maizena
15 gr susu bubuk
220 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
1 sdt baking powder
70 gr Anchor Cheddar Blok
Topping:
Anchor Cheddar Blok, parut
Langkah:
1. Di dalam mangkuk, masukkan Anchor Unsalted Butter, Anchor Tinned Butter, dan gula halus sambil di saring kemudian kocok hingga pucat dan mengembang
2. Sambil diaduk, masukkan telur, garam, perisa vanila, dan baking powder, kocok sesaat hingga menyatu
3. Masukkan tepung terigu, maizena dan susu bubuk sambil disaring, aduk dengan spatula secara perlahan
4. Parut Anchor Cheddar Blok lalu masukkan ke dalam adonan, aduk rata dengan spatula. Masukkan adonan ke dalam plastik segitiga
5. Siapkan spuit yang dimasukkan ke dalam plastik segitiga kemudian masukkan adonan, semprotkan ke dalam loyang yang sudah dialasi baking paper
6. Tambahkan topping keju di atasnya kemudian panggang di suhu 130 derajat celcius selama 30 menit
7. Kue semprit keju siap dihidangkan

Cheese Semprit Cookies Recipe (yield 75 pcs)
Ingredients:
100 g Anchor Tinned Butter (room temp)
100 g Anchor Unsalted Butter (room temp)
¾ tsp vanilla extract
⅓ tsp salt
115 g icing sugar
1 pc egg
30 g cornstarch
15 g powdered milk
220 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
70 g Anchor Cheddar Block
Topping:
Anchor Cheddar Block, grated
Steps:
1. In a bowl, add Anchor Unsalted Butter and Anchor Tinned Butter. Sift in icing sugar, then beat the butter until pale and fluffy.
2. While mixing, add egg, salt, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Mix evenly.
3. Sift in flour, cornstarch, and powdered milk. Mix gently with a spatula.
4. Grate Anchor Cheddar Block. Add the cheese into the dough and mix well with a spatula. Transfer the dough into a piping bag.
5. Insert the piping tip into a piping bag. Add the dough piping bag in, then pipe the dough onto a pan lined with baking paper.
6. Add the cheese topping on top, then bake at 130°C for 30 minutes.
7. Cheese Semprit Cookies are ready to serve.
