Sir question, noong bata ako lagi ako pinapahiya ng teacher ko, he belittle me using microphone, tapos naalala ko lagi niya ko dinuduroduro sa ulo, trauma po ba yun or stress? Kasi after nun nawalan na ko gana mag aral at never ako naka finish ng semester. few years din ako nag ka anxiety, at laging malungkot nung teenage years ko.

Hello! I am sorry to hear about what happened to you. Strictly speaking, based on the DSM-5, it will still be categorized as stress. However, it DOES NOT mean that what your teacher has done to you is just OK. Whether it's trauma or stress, no one has to right to harm someone else physically or psychologically. I hope that you were able to overcome these issues. Remember that what people have told us in the past may not reflect who we are in the present.
