@@deepanshu.MathsUnplugged It's access through 4G & 3G networks. So as long as the carrier has good signal in the area you can mount it virtually anywhere, that's the great thing about it :D

Hi pal, had my camera up in the woods, some lads were camping last night, so ate the battery and this morn, it was at 25% left, sun was just about to come up at 7am, but camera went of , ive had to get a lad to hoy some charge in it before he left, so took it bk up to 29%, we were bk up and running, solar was charging it, but tbh, no one in the woods, no notifications, but battery has dropped to 26%, so thats telling me the solar isnt powerfull enuff to re charge ? Is there something thats eating the battery do u no, ? Any help would be much appreciated, cheers pal,

Hey John, Yes multiple people can use it on the app and yes unlimited data for the £4. I've been on it for a while now, no issues. I ended up not using it for a few months because I was moving, Vodafone refunded my months I didn't use data! Best of luck!

Yes! It's been reliable, I've just used it. No issues with solar. I put it in an area where I get no signal on my other devices but still managed to get signal with the camera. It get's exposed to some serious wind and rain, I'm on the coast, still working. It's fantastic really, well worth it.

@@reamsel Yes if you monitor it 24/7, I think unless you're getting really good sunlight exposure combined with long days you will run out of battery. At the moment, I'm on very short days with mostly overcast weather, I can view my camera multiple times and have notifications but I feel if I viewed it much more the power would start to decrease. It's possible but most likely only in optimum conditions. Thanks

Good evening I have a reo link Angus solar camera but can't get it to work I followed all the the steps but when I reach the part where it speaks it's not and beeps the book says hold the reset bottom until it's stop and it wouldn't stop I hold the reset bottom for one hour and still can't setup is it faulty I need help please...Thanks very much in advance..👍

Hey! Good to hear you've got your camera. Yes so if Vodafone isn't very good in your area, You can install a normal EE data sim. I've got an EE sim installed in the original Reolink Go. If you go to EE website you can find any pay monthly or pay as you go sim. If you have other EE numbers, you can put them all on a family plan, so you can get the cheapest pay monthly sim for your camera and just share data over from your other numbers. You'd be looking anywhere between £5 - £20, depends how much data you want and if you can find a good deal. You can look at other carriers as well. You don't have to set any app up, you can just activate your EE sim and put it in your camera. Your camera should of come with a Micro SD card but I'd use the largest it supports, I think 128GB. Sandisk Ultra etc. Hope this helps! Thanks

We are putting ours quiet high as we have thieves in our woodland and if they spot it, they will def try and take it, but for best results, what u got your setting on mate, ? Atb john

@@northeestbushcrafter Hey John, Not a problem! Sounds like a good plan. My settings won't be of interest as I've currently got it in a very poor signal area so I have all quality turned down. The motion detection however is the most accurate I've had in a security camera. You'll have to make sure it's not too high in the tree as it wont trigger for movement on the ground, if it's only to get it out of arms reach then that will be fine, test it. If you want best results, if your signal is good keep quality high and just play about with the rest, theres not much to change out of the box. You may just have to mask out some area in motion such as branches, leafs etc. Other than that your sweet! Subscribe! haha, Thanks

Little before that time but yes I certainly did say something similar. I didn't say "It's an Arlo Go" I just said Arlo GO as that was the only device it came up with as the Vodafone app had not been updated to add the Reolink Go on to the list of devices yet (It was very early when I had it). I know what camera it is and it's not the wrong app, the V-sim works fine through the Vodafone app selecting Arlo but hopefully Vodafone have updated it by now, it only needed to know if it was a camera or not. I think your a little confused bud! This was for setting up the Sim card not the camera itself. I used a Vodafone app to set up the sim which works perfectly and Reolink App to set up the camera. So not sure what your talking about! Thanks :D

I already have a solar system so I don’t want to buy the solar panel. It looks like it would work off of a standard 5volt walwart so I should be able to use a 12v to 5v buck converter to power it.

Hey! Yes you can zoom in while recording and digitally zoom in while in playback. Yes it will overwrite it's data when it's full but I've had a few weeks of playback as my motion isn't that much. Thanks for watching!
