Hi Blue. At 2:57:08 the German squad should have fired as you can trace LOS into, but not through or out of cards with WP (or other Smoke, with the exception of Coloured). And therefore, at 3:15:10, he should have stayed on the map! Enjoying your playthrough whilst eagerly awaiting Deluxe which will be my first foray into FOF. I have the Bulge expansion but I can’t play it until Deluxe arrives!

Hi buddy, at 51:40 you resolved the arty strike on the assault team in cover and made resolution -3. Isn’t it a -4 because the forest card has the little -1 air burst symbol at top right? On the first attack a couple of minutes earlier it wouldn’t have changed the result but on the second attack it would have turned a pin to a hit. The resolution on my screen is too poor to be able to see if it actually is an air burst symbol and I’m still awaiting the arrival of my copy in the post so can’t check further, woods/forests usually have that symbol so I assumed that it’s the same here. It’s not a criticism in any way, shape or form, just shows I’m concentrating and playing through the game with you! Really enjoy your play throughs, keep it up - Richard

I noticed one thing on turn three when you resolved your incoming any steps over three in a single cover, is a negative modifier. More than three steps is OK against regular fire, non-grenade, non-incoming or airstrike but over three steps is not good in those situations.
