I still don't have any of the Starlight Girls but I have all of the other characters and some playsets too. They are way more expensive now than there were when I first started trying to buy them.

I managed to find a DVD at a convention that had the unreleased episodes since Rhino lost the rights to publish them. They are pretty grainy since they were copied straight from VHS though. Did you read the comics that IDW release? I really liked them and thought it was a really nice way to update the franchise.

I fell in love with Jem when I was 6 I think this was in 2012 I believe the show was awesome and still is.Also I was wondering if you could possibly make Jem with a barbie doll?

I definitely have plans for Jem in the future but I don't know what base I would use yet. I have yet to do a Barbie repaint, the much smaller scale is daunting to me but I seriously need to push myself out of my comfort zone and tackle one.

Don’t know if the cartoon ever came to swedish television but the dolls did exist in the swedish toyshops back then. I had the doll of girl with neonyellow hair from the Misfits. I got her for christmas one year & was pretty confused but I still thought she was cool with her guitar & neon & zebraprint dress.

The dolls were super well made. I liked their more realistic proportions too. I only ever had 1 doll and it was Jem but my cousin had them all. She was about 5 years older than me so she didn't actually play with the dolls, they were only on display and would never let me touch them and the playsets. It was agony! 😆

How do you prevent the sewing machine from eating the fabric? It always happens to me when I'm trying to sew anything less than a 1/4" seam allowance :(...

I use a walking foot almost all the time plus I make sure when I start sewing that the top thread and bottom thread are not down in the machine. This makes it less likely to suck it in.

what is the pencil you use for eye lashes? I looked in the description but im not sure still. I did also look up chalk pastel pencils though and now my eyes are open 😭

The one I use first is an aquarelle art grip faber castell water color pencil and then I follow with a dewent inktense water color pencil. The Faber castell is a harder core so you are able to get finer lines however they are lighter so that is why I follow up with the inktense. @@schmourt It is the one I use the least, I find that because the core is so much harder it will scratch away your sealant layers if you aren't careful. If you can find them for sale as single pencils it would probably be most cost effective.
