I worked at Midas muffler for 4 years. We would rebuild our air ratchets and impacts about every 6 months. The trick is to use a brake hone on the cylinder and to use very fine about 1200 sandpaper on the fins make them flat. Clean it up. Real well, fresh oil and you got a new air ratchet or impact.

Just bought $1000 worth of brand new rusted air tools for $50 None of them worked but i now have a working impact, working on my ratchet next then air hammer and 4 types of nail guns and some other tool i have no idea what it is yet (looks like a scaler but with different needles)

My forward and reverse metal switch gets stuck any idea?

Looks like really low power. Noticed you did not address the forward/reverse selector. If the selector moves forward or backward beyond the factory setting it will limit the amount of air going into the tool. Maybe a follow up video?

I didn't notice any issue with the forward & reverse adjustment but then again, I didn't look for one. Seemed like a solid stop when changing direction. I'll check it next time I use it. If I notice anything iffy I'll leave a comment or perhaps a quick video.
