When I first saw whole dried bonito for sale I couldn't imagine it was FOOD, much less the magic ingredient in countless Japanese dishes. Nowadays I always have the flakes in my kitchen, and usually another bag in the pantry. That セラックニス shellac varnish made a huge difference. Great job!

Love how you restored the wooden part especially. I have seen you go the entire distance though when it comes to polishing metal and was curious why you didn't this time. I think it would have looked even more stunning highly polished. And, as always, my absolute favorite part is watching you actually use what you have restored in the manner it should be used in. Oh how I wish there was more content on your channel. It's one of my favorite ones to watch and I have seen them all multiple times 💜💜💜😊😊😊 Thank you for posting.

It is interesting to see the use of Japanese equipment, in addition to one you restored.

It is always interesting to see something related to national traditions. Good, careful restoration. But if you use it, something should have been done to solve the backlash problem. Of course, this is just a foreigner's point of view.
Salutation! Ça a malheureusement bien changé..
teach me how to cook rice, sensei😋. Although I am not a fan of rice, but after your video, I really wanted to cook rice. By the way, if I meet something interesting, then I will definitely send you a video from Ukraine😉
