Repair and Replace parts on FMS LC80

In this video, my son and I replace some parts on his beloved FMS LC80 1:18. This is his first RC car and it I would like to shout out to Coach Dags for introducing us to this hobby.
Story goes that my son wanted to try the car in some water like other KZbinrs often do but he got in too deep and something got fried.
Took it to our local hobby shop and the guys suggested replacing the ESC. We decided there were probably other rusted and damaged parts so we went ahead and swapped the servo along with a couple other changes. (See below for exact parts and pricing from the FMS website.)
Truth be told, I messed up the transmission gear sequence and had to rip it apart again and follow the instruction manual closely. It was my first time working on an RC as well.
